Copper mould tube refurbishment
A worn tube with a sound body comes back with a true bore profile, the correct casting taper and a fresh wear-resistant hard-chrome bore. It performs almost like a new tube, at a significantly lower cost.

Laser alignment
Precision alignment of the mould, oscillator, foot rolls and strand-guide segments to the caster radius. Misalignment stresses a thin shell and shows up as cracks, rhomboidity and breakouts.
